Was all great.

We absolutely loved the cozy and warm ambiance of this charming mountain hotel. The wood interiors gave it a lovely touch and the bed with feather pillows and duvets were a dream to snuggle up in. The hotel's location near the Sunegga lift was perfect for skiing, and although it wasn't in the center of town, the peaceful and quiet surroundings made up for it. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the guest lounge/bar was nicely appointed. a real mountain charmer that we would definitely go back to.

The only downside we experienced was the distance from the train station, especially when carrying large bags. It involved a bit of a hike, including some uphill sections and stairs.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect - positioned on a hill, it offered stunning views of the Matterhorn, especially from the rooms with balconies. It was simply magical to wake up to such a breathtaking sight on clear summer evenings. Lastly, the breakfast, included in the stay, was satisfying with a wide range of options to choose from. Though a hot option would have been nice, the selection provided was delicious and filling.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I have no complaints.

The room was clean as new and very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with maps and great suggestions for restaurants in the area. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. the location of the hotel was perfect. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all great.

Fine views of the surrounding mountains from our room and the hotel's common areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions we had.

Extra charges and fees for every little thing, such as water at dinner and internet access. It was like we were constantly being nickel and dimed.

We had a perfect vacation at a cozy modern hotel in a quiet location. The staff went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. The French cuisine at the restaurant was excellent, and the wait staff provided excellent service. The view of the Matterhorn from our bed and balcony was excellent, and the bathroom with a glass ceiling allowed for a unique bathing experience. the hotel provided temporary luggage storage after checkout, convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.
